Backyard playtime whilst its 40c+ with Alan from Outback Yonder.
Today we loamed for ultra fine gold in a paleo level showing exposure of up to 2m thick. It’s unknown at this stage how deep or wide this 2 mile long channel goes and at what level may hold pay. Note the greenstone rocks, how well travelled they are in the material.
I believe in the old timers were dryblowing here in the 1920’s based on the remaining bottles & tin. The amount of old diggings at the site makes me believe that a fair amount of gold was found here but did they leave any behind is the question!
We processed 4 random buckets with no colour, a little gemmy though with blues and greens (probable topaz) However, the test is non conclusive to date as we are unable to detect the gravels with the 6000 in my yard due to the metal contamination that surrounds and underground. Life issues eh, now to hunt down an SDC!
We will to continue to test this structure after a little more research and some pro advice!
